Wheelchair Ramp Project

Interlink Volunteers - Faith in Action has a new opportunity for you. Our "Wheelchair Ramp Project" allows you or your group to sponsor the construction of a wheelchair ramp. One way we meet our mission is through the construction of wheelchair ramps by our volunteers. In 2004 we had to delay several ramp projects due to the lack of funds for materials. The average materials cost for one ramp is $275.

The "Wheelchair Ramp Project" invites individuals, businesses and organizations to consider the sponsorship of one such wheelchair ramp project. We are asking our partners to pay the cost for the materials, and offer them the opportunity to provide some volunteer labor to assist is the construction project. We will promote this partnership through our website and print advertising to encourage others to take advantage of this opportunity. Our goal is to never again delay a ramp project due to the lack of funding for materials.
